The story of Nove Jewelry is inseparable from its founder, LEO. His professional journey began more than 20 years ago in a stainless steel watch factory, where he worked in the polishing department producing OEM watches for well-known European brands. In this environment, surface finishing, consistency, and tolerance control were held to extremely high standards.

Thanks to his exceptional polishing skills and strong attention to detail, LEO was quickly promoted to Technical Supervisor. He became responsible for defining process standards, monitoring workmanship quality, and ensuring stable output across the production line. This experience laid a solid technical foundation in stainless steel processing and European-level quality control—skills that would later shape the DNA of Nove Jewelry.

In the early 2000s, as stainless steel jewelry began emerging in the fashion market, LEO saw an opportunity. Compared to watchmaking, jewelry allowed more freedom in form, texture, and creative expression while still demanding technical precision. Motivated by this vision, he partnered with a friend to establish a small workshop focused on jewelry design drawings and handmade samples, personally overseeing every development step.
